CONVOCATARIA PARA CANDIDATOS A LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA DE STL SANTOS 2025

 

Si le gustaría ser parte de la Junta Directiva de STL Santos, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:

REQUISITOS:

1.        Tener tiempo y disponibilidad para ejercer la misión de STL Santos. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva de STL Santos deberán asistir, liderar o ser voluntarios en la planeación y el desarrollo del 50% de las actividades del grupo. Quienes no cumplan este requisito perderán su puesto en la Junta la próxima temporada. Miembros de la junta sirven por 3 años consecutivos.

 

2.        Ser miembro activo de STL Santos: haber sido voluntario en los comités y asistido a gran parte de las actividades del grupo en la temporada 2024.

 

3. Ser bilingüe (Inglés-Español) o sentirse cómodo sabiendo que gran parte de las reuniones y comunicaciones internas serán desarrolladas en ambos idiomas.

 

4. Haber mantenido su membresía en buenos términos en la temporada 2024:  No haber tenido procesos disciplinarios, no haber violado el código de conducta de STL Santos, no haber sido reportado por comportamiento inadecuado.
 

TENGA EN CUENTA LA CLÁUSULA DE CONFLICTO DE INTERÉS DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN:
 

Los miembros de la Junta Directiva NO pueden beneficiarse monetariamente o influenciar sus proyectos personales o empresariales a través de la comunidad de STL Santos. Según los estatutos de STL Santos:
 

Cualquier persona que forme parte de varias juntas directivas debe priorizar lo que es mejor para STL Santos a la hora de tomar decisiones. Cualquier conflicto de interés, ya sea personal, profesional o a través del trabajo comunitario, debe ser revelado a la Junta Directiva de STL Santos en la primera reunión de la junta. La Junta Directiva puede tomar cualquier acción que considere necesaria para proteger el mejor interés de STL Santos ante posibles conflictos de intereses.

If you would like to be part of the STL Santos Board of Directors, please review the following information: 

 

REQUIREMENTS:  

1.        Have time and availability to carry out the mission of STL Santos. The members of the STL Santos Board of Directors must assist, lead or volunteer in the planning and development of 50% of the group's activities. Those who do not meet this requirement will lose their seat on the Board for next season. Board members serve 3-year tems.

 

2.        Be an active member of STL Santos: You must have volunteered on the committees and attended a large part of the group's activities in the 2024 season.

 

3.        You are bilingual (English-Spanish) or feel comfortable knowing that a large part of                 the meetings and internal communications will be held in both languages. 

 

4.        Your membership was in good standing for the 2024 season: You did not have any open disciplinary processes, you did not violate the STL Santos code of conduct, you have not been reported for inappropriate behavior.

 

PLEASE NOTE THE ORGANIZATION'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST CLAUSE:

Board members may NOT benefit monetarily or influence their personal or business projects through the STL Santos community. According to the bylaws of STL Santos: 

Any person who serves on multiple leadership boards must prioritize what’s best for STL Santos when making decisions. Any conflicts of interest, whether personal, professional or through community work, must be disclosed to the STL Santos Board of Directors at the first board meeting. The Board may take any action it deems necessary to protect the best interest of STL Santos from potential conflicts of interests.
